We start at 6pm with the best  sounds with a live 3 hour party DJ. We  will  be running some really great competions  including prizes for the best Fancy dress outfits.

What time will the film start

When is gets dark !! on a serious note we normally screen 20-30 minutes after sunset 

Can we bring food and drink?

Yes you can but no glass please.  We do however have some amazing street food and drink options.

Can we bring dogs

Yes, but on a lead please.

Do we bring seats

Yes, or blankets etc, seating is not provided

Parking

Yes, we have a well lit and secure car park next to the main event area 

Please select over 4 hours for the £8 flat rate

General Advice

Please dress warm, consider waterproof clothing and it is recommended that you bring a small pocket torch.

Arrival, Admission & Allocation of Spaces -

Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, unless requested at the time of booking and agreed by Go cinemas.Site staff who work for gocinemas, who are on duty during the cinema film showing have the right to refuse admission to any member of the public who is causing a distraction to either site staff or other members of the public (no refund shall be issued)If you arrive late you will be allocated a space by the stewards or event manager (as we do not want to upset others viewers evening of the open air cinemaOnly customers with a valid and in date ticket and wristband will be allowed to enter or remain in the event area to watch the performance. You are also requested to check that no omissions have been made to the ticket prior to arrival. Any issues please call the office in advance to discuss

Restrictions -

Attendees must comply with the film age rating. 

General Rules -

No illegal substances, or weapons are allowed on site at any time. If you are intoxicated, you will be asked to leave the showing (no refund will be issued) Mobile devices should remain off or put on silent before the film start No glass will be allowed at the event, such as wine bottles. Random bag searches at point of entry and within the event area may be undertaken. Refusal to permit to search will result in removal from the event area. 

Sale of alcohol -

The company operates the ‘Challenge 25’ which will require anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport) if they wish to be served alcohol.

Bar Staff are trained to ensure customers use the event area in an orderly and respectful manner. Stewards will prevent alcohol leaving the site. (Canned or plastic bottled beer).

Bar staff will be trained to look for the behaviours consistent with intoxicated (drunk) customers and will not sell alcohol to these individuals or to customers they believe will be acting as a third party in the purchase. Customers who behave in a disorderly fashion will be removed.

After the showing -

Please all don’t rush off all at once and please do take your time when you leave the site and be considerate for other participant’s motorists and residents

Personal Belongings -

Gocinemas are unable to take any responsibility for any lost or damaged  belongings 

Weather -

All of our Events are weather dependent. Please be aware that the weather can be unpredictable and events do have to be cancelled because of this, very high winds, lighting and or thunderstorms are our main concerns. The event will continue if it rains. Cancelling an event can be a huge inconvenience for both participants and ourselves, however your safety is paramount at all times we would therefore appreciate your understanding with this. If in our opinion bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by Gocinemas at no extra charge to you for a later date. No refunds will be given. There can be no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to adverse weather conditions. As above we strongly recommend that you contact us via our website or Facebook page before you depart for your activity, however please be aware weather conditions on the day can change quickly and Events can still be cancelled after the event has started should the activity be deemed unsafe. Non-attendance on a day will see you lose your right to any refund. In the event of cancellation, Go cinemas will not be held liable for any costs of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.
