Can I bring my own food?

This varies depending on venue. Some venues have different policies regarding picnics, so please make sure you check the specific venue page for your event before attending.

What time will the film start?

When it gets dark! On a serious note, we normally start screening 20-30 minutes after sunset. This will be approximately 1hr 30mins after the gates opening time.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Alcohol is permitted to be brought from off-site, but no glass is allowed. We also have a great bar option at all of our events.

What happens if it rains?

All our outdoor events go ahead rain or shine. Check the forecast and dress for the conditions.

We monitor the weather and will only email/text ticket holders if there’s a genuine concern. Otherwise, the event is on as planned.

What time can I arrive?

Most of our venues open around 1hour 30mins before the film starts. Please check the specific venue page for your event for timings.

Can I bring my dog?

This varies depending on venue, please check the specific venue page on our website for a "Dog Friendly" icon. Please keep dogs on leads.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if an event is postponed and rescheduled and you inform us within 14 days that you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you will be refunded in full.

Do we bring our own seating?

Yes, seating is not provided. Blankets are available to hire for every event.
